I am Ed Hine, and I solve complex problems for my clients in and outside the courtroom.
I treat each client as if that client were my only client, and I bring to the table a keen understanding of the law, a fierce devotion to the client’s interest, an incredible work ethic, and an understanding of the business issues driving the dispute.
My practice is unusual in that I am an accomplished litigator and a seasoned banking and transaction lawyer. Since 2008, I have been listed as a Georgia Super Lawyer in business litigation and in 2008 I also received that designation for my banking practice.
I am prepared to work on a flat fee or a contingent fee basis in additional to the typical hourly rate offered by most firms.
